Shimano Forcemaster AX Commercial Feeder Rod
If you’re an angler on a budget who doesn’t want to compromise on quality the Shimano Forcemaster AX Commercial Feeder is the perfect rod for you. These feeder rods are constructed from XT40 carbon, ensuring the rods are both light and strong. The blank is fitted with Shimano’s Hardlite engineered guides. Hardlite is a combination of stainless steel that has been coated with aluminium oxide, ensuring that you can fish with a braid mainline with confidence.
These Forcemaster AX Commercial Feeders are available in 10ft, 11ft, and 12ft lengths and each comes supplied with two tips that are perfectly balanced to the rod. They all showcase an incredibly forgiving fish playing performance, making these an ideal first rod for the novice angler who is looking to get into fishing or for the angler who wants to experiment with different feeder fishing techniques in the confidence that they won’t experience hook pulls. Perfect for playing fish right under the tip, the Forcemaster AX Commercial is a feeder rod for the angler who is less concerned with casting distances.
With multiple tip options these rods are very versatile and can be used in any number of feeder fishing scenarios, whether you’re after coarse fish on local rivers or are tackling carp on popular lakes up and down the country.
Shimano was established in the 1920s as a cycling company and started producing fishing tackle half a century later in 1970. Originally interested in the manufacture of top quality fishing reels, Shimano soon expanded into other areas of the industry when the brand realised there was a lack of quality tackle to support its amazing reels. Famous for manufacturing tackle to exacting Japanese standards, Shimano fishing has a global empire that spans four continents and you’ll struggle to find an angler who hasn’t used and loved Shimano tackle at some point in their careers.
