These Extra Large Butt and Tip Protectors are ideal for keeping the delicate end sections of your rods safe from damage whilst in storage or in transit.

These Tip and Butt Protectors are oversized in order to fit over rods with bigger blank diameters and larger guide sizes. This makes them ideal for use with carp rods, as well as with pike rods, as they can comfortably accommodate rods with 50mm butt guides. Thanks to the Velcro adjustable strap on the protectors you are also able to use these with smaller rods too and you can ensure you get as snug or loose fit as you require. These Tip and Butt Protectors are manufactured from neoprene to ensure full protection and, like all Shimano luggage products, they have been manufactured using power stitching throughout. This ensures that these Tip and Butt Protectors are incredibly durable and can withstand prolonged abrasion.

Supplied with one tip and one butt protector per pack, these are perfect for using with any quiver or to protect additional rods that might not fit into your holdall, whether fully made up or otherwise.
