The Daiwa D Carp Match Fishing Rod range has been designed to offer affordable performance combined with classic Daiwa quality to create a float rod that is perfect for a range of coarse fishing situations from fishing for carp, tench and bream on lakes to barbel and chub on small rivers, this range of rods are a great addition to any anglers fishing tackle!

Daiwa have used premium grade carbon blanks on this fishing rod that have a sharp dynamic action, allowing the flexibility in the tip section to cast floats and pellet wagglers with ease but retain enough power in the butt section to help tame double figure carp. These blanks are finished with a low-glare matt tape finish that ensures there’s no reflection of your rod on the water, a massive advantage in clear water when stalking wary fish.

This float rod features a down locking DPS reel seat which allows you to use a range of different fishing reels with the rod. This Daiwa rod also features stainless steel frame guides with aluminium oxide rings, helping the rod to feel extremely lightweight but still extremely durable when landing fish after fish. There is also a hook keeper on this rod which is perfect for the angler on the move, who wants to keep their rod set up and ready to go. Finishing off the rod is an EVA/Cork handle that allows you to get a great grip of the rod on the cast, allowing you to increase your accuracy.
