This means that unlike other hook clips, the Drop and Jig Rod Clip has been purpose manufactured in order to accommodate not only your hook but also your dropshot weight, jig hook, or other light lure. This means that not only do you not have to worry about getting tangled on any foliage but it also stops your gear form swinging round and damaging either you or your rod. The Fox Rage Drop and Jig Rod Clips fit on most ultra-light lure rods. To use, simply clip them in place on the blank, juts above the reel seat, then hook in your tackle! They are supplied two to a pack, enabling you to secure the rod you’re using as well as a spare – or to keep your terminal tackle ready on your rod in storage and in transit.
