The Korum Shadow Freespool Reel boasts high precision gearing with a gear ratio of 5.1:1 which consists of 5 ball bearing + 1 needle bearing meaning this reel is able to pack some serious power in a compact package.
The Shadow free spool reel is built on a graphite body and rotor, machined and anodised aluminium spool and an aluminium CNC reel handle with right/left to exchange so no matter your preference you can use the reel.
This reel provides a fast-reacting freespool system with a powerful front and rear drag and offers high accuracy one-way clutch anti-reverse system. Additionally, there is an anti-twist titanium line roller to avoid tangles on the cast.
The reel also boasts an oversized aluminium bail with Water Drop Bail Holder and a shallow spool with line-friendly aluminium line clip.

Perfect for the true all-rounder, these Korum Reels are just as well suited to feeder fishing on lakes for carp as they are for fishing for barbel & chub on rivers.

Built on a graphite body and rotor, machined and anodised aluminium spool with an aluminium CNC reel handle which can be changed to suit both right and left handers.
A instrumental part of the design of this fishing reel is the fast reacting free spool system with a powerful front & rear drag, as well as a high accuracy one way cluth anti reverse system. To ensure you avoid tangles on the cast, these fishing reels from Korum also feature an anti-twist titanium line roller, as well as an oversized aluminium bail arm with water drop bail holder. For optimum loading without the need for backing line, these Korum reels feature a shallow spool, making them perfect for use with both mono fishing line and braided line. These spools also feature a line friendly aluminium line clip which ensures you can maintain casting accuracy.
