The Shimano Beastmaster CX Boat Rod is a powerhouse rod with enough versatility to cover all of your boat fishing needs.

The Beastmaster CX features a vibrant black and yellow blank which has been constructed from HPC60 carbon. HPC stands for high pressure carbon, a manufacturing method by which high pressure is applied to the blank during the curing process to evenly distribute the resin. This in turn creates a strong, highly responsive blank. Combined with Biofire, Shimano’s reinforcement technology, these blanks are incredibly lightweight whilst still remaining super strong. The unique SDR construction process ensures that no matter which way the rod is bent the blank action remains uniform – ideal for those hard pressure fish fighting situations.

The blank is finished with an EVA handle. This is a high grip handle, perfect for when you’ve got a huge fish on the end of your line.
